Top Ten Tuesday(Top Ten Books of 2010)

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.
This week's theme is Top Ten Books of 2010.
It was sooo hard picking out just 10! If you made it to the list, your one of the lucky ones ;)

1. Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater
2. Fallen by Lauren Kate
3. Beautiful Creatures by Kami Garcia, Margaret Stohl
5. Betrayed(House Of Night #2) by P.C. Cast, Kristin Cast
6. My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult
7. Undead and Unemployed(Undead #2) by MaryJanice Davidson
8. The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton
9. The Last Song by Nicholas Sparks
10. L.A. Candy by Lauren Conrad

Yeah, yeah I know. Some of them will make you stop and go "Say wha..??" But they are my choices and I'm sticking to them! So, I want to know, what made your top ten of 2010?

  1. Great list! I would have to agree on most of them. I haven't read a few of them but the ones I have read I liked as well. Also, you are one of the first people to not put Hunger Games on the list!

  2. The Outsiders is an old favorite -- have you read anything more of Hinton? Rumble Fish and That Was Then, This is Now are similar.

  3. I read My Sister's Keeper last year and wept like crazy lol. Glad to see it on your list! I devoured all Agatha Christie novels when I was around 15. She's awesome!

  4. Lots of great reads for you this year. I wonder what books we will discover next year?

Here is my Top Ten of 2010 post:

  5. LOVED My Sister's Keeper - so sad. I still need to read Shiver though...

  6. Top 10 Books I Read in 2010

    2. The White Queen by Philippa Gregory
    3. The Red Queen by Philippa Gregory
    4. Ghost Hunt: Chilling Tales of the Unknown by Jason Dawes & Grant Wilson
    5. The Confessions of Catherine de Medici by C.W. Gortner
    6. A Man and His Maniac: The Bunkie Story by Charles Franklin Emery III

    8. High on a Mountain by Tommie Lyn
    9. Expiation by Greg Messel
    10. A Season of Seduction by Jennifer Haymore

  7. Shiver made this week's list for me too. I know what you mean by feeling like people are gonna wonder about your choices! But they're yours and you have a right to them! Great list!
