I'm a bookaholic. Should I say more?
I think the first book I ever actually bought for myself was Martin the Warrior in the Redwall series...good times! :)
I recall the first book I checked out from my school library was Fox in Socks. Part of it was probably that I was at the library without my parents....
I don't remember first bought book, but I do remember first library book checked out. Check out my answer for Booking Through Thursday.
@Melissa - I've never heard of those..Might have to look them up!@nashvillebookworm - I used to love that book!@Lori - I'll be right over :D
Mine was probably BabySittersClubBrandi from Blkosiner’s Book Blog

@Brandi - I used to love those!@TBM - Coming over..
What a great question! Man, I think I read ALL of the Bernstein Bear books. I also remember getting The Giving Tree as a gift and reading it all the time. But those are children's books. So the first book I think I bought with my own money was ones from the Full House series. Haha. I loved the show. I also loved Mary Kate and Ashley. I'd read those books in a day!
@I Eat Words - Me too. Bernstein Bear books were also favorites(man..I have a lot of favorites!) Never heard of the Full House series though..
The first book I ever took out of the library was probably Charlotte's Web. The first book I ever bought was probably one of JD Robb's In Death series.
What do you have to say, buddy?
