Booking Through Thursday #2

Do you remember the first book you bought for yourself? Or the first book you checked out of the library? What was it and why did you choose it?

The first book I checked out from my library was a picture book. That was years ago though, so if I remembered the title, then I'd probably be insane with how much I can remember!

What about you?

  2. I recall the first book I checked out from my school library was Fox in Socks. Part of it was probably that I was at the library without my parents....

  6. What a great question! Man, I think I read ALL of the Bernstein Bear books. I also remember getting The Giving Tree as a gift and reading it all the time. But those are children's books. So the first book I think I bought with my own money was ones from the Full House series. Haha. I loved the show. I also loved Mary Kate and Ashley. I'd read those books in a day!
